High-Precision Flatness Detection Supports R&D and Production of Maglev Equipment
Recently, our company has successfully completed the delivery of the G600 series laser flatness measuring instrument, which has been officially delivered to Suzhou Lingxiang Maglev Technology Co. , Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Suzhou Lingxiang Maglev”), injecting strong technical momentum into the precision manufacturing of domestic high-end maglev equipment and the improvement of quality and efficiency through digitalization.

To further break through the bottleneck of equipment assembly accuracy and enhance the core competitiveness of products, Suzhou Lingxiang Maglev has introduced our company’s G600 series laser flatness measuring instrument. This equipment features ultra-high precision detection performance, with an ultra-high resolution of 100 nanometers and a precise measurement accuracy of 1 micron, which can fully cover the high-precision detection and digital assembly and adjustment of key parameters such as equipment straightness, parallelism and perpendicularity.
The implementation of this equipment will effectively address the precision calibration challenges in the assembly process of maglev equipment, substantially improve the assembly accuracy and commissioning efficiency of the equipment, and support Suzhou Lingxiang Maglev in optimizing its production processes and upgrading its quality control system.
