Electronic level EL50

When measuring, the electronic level only needs to measure one number on each tested guide rail to accurately measure the parallelism between the high and low directions of the guide rails and the levelness of the guide rail itself. In addition, the flatness (equal height/coplanarity) between the guide rails can also be measured.

Product Introduction

The parallelism between the guide rails can be divided into two directions: horizontal and vertical. With the help of prism VP5-20 and electronic level EL50, the parallelism in both directions can be measured simultaneously, thus achieving the ability to adjust the parallelism in both horizontal and vertical directions simultaneously. At the same time, the electronic level can easily and accurately find the horizontal zero reference, so it can also obtain the levelness of the guide rail while measuring parallelism.

Product Specifications

Measurement function: parallelism (high-low direction) between multiple guide rails, overall flatness/contour of the guide rail group, and levelness of the guide rail; Resolution: Level I=0.01 mm/m, Level II=0.001 mm/m; Measurement range: ± 1999 resolution values; Repeatability: no more than one resolution value; Communication method: Bluetooth/RS232
